Enamel film–insulated rectangular copper conductors, commonly known as enamelled copper strips, are widely used in high-performance electrical equipment. The manufacturing process of enamelled strips is similar to that of round enamelled wires, but it demands much higher precision and control. The rectangular shape of these copper conductors, with nominal corner radii, allows for maximum copper packing in a limited space, making them highly advantageous in transformer and electrical winding designs. This design efficiency leads to improved electrical performance and reduced losses. In addition to dimensional accuracy, insulation strength and flexibility are critical for these products to withstand the mechanical stresses of winding, bending, and shaping during manufacturing and operation. We place special emphasis on ensuring the excellent flexibility, adhesion, and durability of the enamel insulation film on our strips.
